Denmark is exploding with techno djs and big techno events. Thou techno isn’t my favourite genre, there are some artist that have caught my attention.
Lou Van is a drunken promoter and producer with a wicked form of humour. It all started with the legendary Malplaceret party’s, where people went nuts to everything from the nineties bad taste music to electro-house and minimal, since then Lou Van have been an established dj in Copenhagen’s nightlife. Lou Van is still promoting party’s, but are mostly concentrating on developing his production skills. His latest track “You’re so Saxy” got this housy techno sound, that brings you into the chill having a goooood time mood ☺ Join Lou Van on his Facebook-page.

Next up is Rasmus Bro & Simon Rosted. They are new in the business and I guess they don’t even have a Myspace yet. Last Sunday they uploaded a track called “No Disco(Fuckink Terrortech)”.. My expectations were “yet a techno track”. But must admit, I’m ashamed underestimated these guys that much. Thou it is techno, its not just yet a techno track. This is fat! Really really fat!

Born and raised in the small town of Sydprøven, Greenland(I thought this was a joke), Jark Gurken was a quiet boy that mainly kept to himself. Living with grandparents Akaja and Franco Gurken, Jark soon discovered the world of computer music.
"I heard people talk about this new revolution and usually put my fingers in my ears. After a while it would turn quiet again and I could take them back out".
After experimenting with numerous techniques and equipment he felt it was time for a stage name: "MilkMoneyMaffia"
"It was a name that really had some letters in it and I liked that".
Obviously it was just a matter of time until Jark found his way to the microphone and started making real songs that would heal the heart as well as the soul.
Nowadays Jark is discovering the world as he is performing his highly danceable electro tunes all over the globe bringing people what he calls: "Musik"
As fucked up as the name MilkMoneyMaffia is, as fucked up is Jarks music! A pretty awesome combination. Freaky texts, freaky vocal and freaky sound :-) oohhh god you will love this music!
